How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the type and scope of the job. Single errands start from KES 500. On-ground site visits and family welfare checks start from KES 2,000. Monthly retainer packages for landlords and ongoing construction supervision are also available. Fill in our form, and Terry and David will send you a prompt quote.

Do you handle cash on behalf of clients?

Yes, for specific tasks such as paying contractors, purchasing building materials, or shopping. All cash transactions are meticulously logged and accompanied by merchant receipts, on-ground photos, and a complete, transparent written account of how every single shilling was spent.

Can I book you on a recurring basis?

Yes. We offer weekly and monthly retainer packages for clients who need regular property checks, rental management, or ongoing construction supervision. These are our most popular options for the Diaspora, giving you a dedicated team permanently on the ground.

How do live video calls work?

We use WhatsApp Video, FaceTime, or any streaming platform you prefer. We schedule a window that accommodates your timezone, arrive physically at the location, and dial you in live. You watch, direct our movements, and ask questions in real-time.

What if I am in a different timezone?

We work entirely around your schedule. Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are fully available to comfortably accommodate UK, US, Canada, Gulf, and Australia timezones. Distance is never an obstacle.

How do you send reports?

Immediately following the completion of any task, you will receive timestamped photos, short video clips, and a written, detailed summary of everything we observed, sent directly to your WhatsApp or email.

Can you attend appointments on my behalf?

Yes. We can attend meetings with contractors, lawyers, government offices, or any appointment that requires a trusted physical representative. We take notes, ask critical questions on your behalf, and report back with a comprehensive, professional summary.

Where exactly are you based?

David and Terry are physically based in Nairobi, Kenya. We have full, daily mobility across the capital, and regularly travel to surrounding counties to manage operations for our Diaspora clients.

Can you handle jobs outside Nairobi?

Yes. We frequently travel upcountry to other counties for land visits, boundary verifications, property checks, and specific family errands. Upcountry travels are quoted separately based on travel distance and complexity.

What areas in Nairobi do you cover?

We cover all of Nairobi and its immediate surrounding metropolitan areas, including Kiambu, Machakos, Kajiado, and Murang'a counties. For farther coordinates upcountry, reach out and we will assess availability.
